Meet Rocco Cavallo
For the past 25 years, Rocco Cavallo has been Milestone Construction Management's Chief Operating Officer. Rocco brings to the table a multitude of experience in General Construction, Construction Management, Design/build expertise, Architecture, and Manufacturing expertise. He has served as an estimator and project manager for the two largest builders in Philadelphia. He has presided over many prominent projects with vast diversification. From public to private, lump-sum bid to negotiated, land acquisition, and planning to punch list. Projects include Pharmacies, Schools, Paint Booths, Aviation, Freezer Buildings, Playgrounds, Gymnasiums, Schools, Detention Facilities, Industrial Buildings, Hospitals, Libraries, Highways, Firehouses Bridge Reconstruction, and Recreation Centers. As a testament to his ability to service his clients, his very first client 25 years ago was Catelli Brothers Inc., and is a continued and trusted customer to this day. Trusted in the industry, Mr. Cavallo has been on the board of neutrals since 2009 and has been a mediator since 2015. In addition, he acts as an expert witness and consultant.
